Planned as a self-sufficient project, the park will have power and water facilities that will be built-in with the industrial plot besides which there will be complete provisions for serving all the infrastructural requirements of the park.
Located in Oragadam, real estate analysts justifiably believe that the Aerospace Park will spur the upward trend of the property prices, act as promoting Oragadam as a hub for advanced technology and create unprecedented opportunities for ancillary small to medium industries too. But that’s not all; the icing on the cake is that there will be an estimated 100,000+ jobs that will be created solely on the basis of the Aerospace Park.
The Sriperumbudur-Oragadam Road is where the action is
To say that the park will be located in what will be known as Chennai’s most significant and strategic location is perhaps not enough. Now estimate the sort of infrastructure that will be set-up for catering to this massive populace- school, colleges, healthcare facilities, transportation, convenience stores, malls, recreation centres, banks- the list is practically endless.
Nonetheless, there is one basic necessity that will be the topmost priority for this populace (workforce) – the housing needs! One can safely assume that there will be a multitude of rental and outright housing options that will be needed for this segment.
